Flight Behavior
By: Barbara Kingsolver
I've never read a Barbara Kingsolver book I didn't love, and this one is no exception. Flight Behavior is set in southern Appalachia where Dellarobia Turnbow, a young stay-at home mother is just trying to make it through each day and keep it together. When she stumbles upon a forest valley impossibly filled with millions of Monarch butterflies it is the catalyst for her to open up her life. Barbara Kingsolver does a masterful job of commenting on global warming in this book without sounding preachy. Her characters are very real her writing is amazing.I completely recommend this book!- K
